Beth McCord, Listing Agent

Beth McCord is a listing specialist for Becky Babcock's team. Beth's previous career as a licensed Certified Public Accountant provide her with a solid understanding of the financial and tax benefits of home ownership. Beth is experienced in resale homes, land sales, and onsite new home sales. Her construction and building knowledge enable her to represent new home clients as well as resale clients relative to the myriad of issues that come up in home inspections.

As a graduate of Georgia Tech, Beth brings a technology savvy approach to real estate, plus solid business and negotiating skills. Beth is native to the Atlanta area and lives in Cherokee county. In addition to real estate, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and children, volunteering with the Girl Scouts of NW Georgia, and completing craft projects.

Dawn Sandberg, Office Administrator

As the Team's Office Administrator, Dawn handles feedback on showings of listings, scheduling appointments, and other tasks that keep buyer and seller transactions progressing smoothly for Becky's Team. Having someone at the office M-F 9-5 also ensures clients get a "real person" instead of voice mail during business hours.

Debby Smith, Listing Agent

Debby Smith is a listing agent specialist for the Becky Babcock team. Debby specializes in Cherokee, North Fulton, Forsyth, Pickens, and north Cobb Counties. Debby has a solid track record in real estate, and her previous experience as Becky's Closing Manager provides her the skills necessary for the successful negotiation of a sale and closing of a transaction. Debby and her husband live in Woodstock.

Lisa Millsap, Buyer Agent

Lisa Millsap is a buyer specialist for the Becky Babcock Team. Lisa enjoys working with buyers who are looking in Cherokee or Pickens Counties. Lisa has expertise in homes on acreage, new homes, foreclosures and investment properties, and buyers who are looking for their first home. After several years as a successful solo agent in listing and selling property, Lisa joined Becky's team to focus her efforts 100% on buyers.

Lisa lives on acreage in Pickens County, and previously lived in Cherokee County for a number of years. In addition to real estate, Lisa enjoyes spending time with her husband, children, and extended family who live in the area.

Shelley Garland, Buyer Agent

Shelley Garland is a buyer specialist for the Becky Babcock team. Shelley specializes in Cherokee, North Fulton, Forsyth, and north Cobb Counties. Her previous career in commercial real estate investments gives Shelley the edge when it comes to negotiating for buyers. Shelley has also built homes, so she brings a wealth of building code and construction knowledge to her clients.

Shelley especially enjoys working with people who have dogs or horses, and are looking for estate properties.

Shelley and her husband, Steve, who live on acreage, have lived in SE Cherokee for over 20 years. They have two adult daughters. Outside of real estate they enjoy training and competing with their four dogs.

Tom Srok, Buyer Agent

Tom Srok is a buyer specialist for the Becky Babcock Team. After retiring from a successful career as a field engineer with General Electric, Tom joined Becky's team. Tom enjoys showing properties at Lake Arrowhead Golf and Country Club in NW Cherokee, as well as at other golf and lake communities. Tom works primarily in Cobb and Cherokee Counties.

Tom has lived in Cherokee County for over 20 years, and before that, lived in Cobb County for almost 20 years. As an avid golfer, Tom has played at most of the local courses. When he lived in Cobb County, he was near Lake Allatoona, and now lives in Cherokee County on Lake Chickasaw in the Lake Arrowhead community.

Steve Garland, Buyer Agent

Steve Garland is a buyer specialist for the Becky Babcock team. Steve specializes in Cherokee, Cobb, North Fulton, and Forsyth counties. Steve has spent the past 30 years predominantly in commercial construction with some residential construction experience. This background gives Steve the edge in negotiating and helping buyers. Steve and his wife Shelley often work together as a buyer agent team for their clients. Along with meeting and enjoying many new people in his profession, Steve enjoys family activities, his dogs, and fishing and hunting when he gets the opportunity.
